Stir thoroughly to combine. Gradually add cold water, stirring and tasting, until reaching desired balance. Adjust sweetness and tartness to preference. Refrigerate 1-2 hours to chill and allow flavors to meld. Stir well before serving. Pour over ice in tall glasses, garnish with lime wheels, toasted coconut, and tropical accessories.
Notes
Always use fresh citrus juice—bottled tastes flat. Shake coconut milk before opening to distribute fat evenly. Start with less sugar, add more to taste. Coconut naturally separates—stir before serving. Use full-fat coconut milk for richest texture, light for fewer calories, or coconut water for lightest version. Adjust lemon-lime ratio to preference. Best consumed within 2-3 days. Stir or shake before each serving.
