No-Bake Valentine Oreo Truffles

No-Bake Valentine Oreo Truffles: The Easiest 3-Ingredient Sweet Treat

Decadent No-Bake Valentine Oreo Truffles require just 3 ingredients and no oven! These rich, fudgy chocolate-covered treats combine crushed Oreos with cream cheese, coated in smooth chocolate and decorated with festive Valentine’s sprinkles. Perfect for parties, gifts, or satisfying your chocolate cravings. Ready in under an hour with simple techniques anyone can master.

  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 36-42 truffles

Ingredients

  • 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 16 oz chocolate coating (candy melts, white chocolate, milk chocolate, or dark chocolate)
  • Valentine’s sprinkles for decoration (optional)
  • Contrasting chocolate for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper
  • Pulse Oreos in food processor until finely crushed (or crush in zip-top bag with rolling pin)
  • Mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until completely combined and dough-like
  • Roll mixture into 1-inch balls using tablespoon or cookie scoop
  • Place on prepared baking sheet and refrigerate 30 minutes until firm
  • Melt chocolate in microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring between each
  • Dip chilled truffles in melted chocolate, letting excess drip off
  • Place coated truffles on parchment paper
  • Add sprinkles immediately before chocolate sets
  • Refrigerate 15-20 minutes until chocolate is completely set
  • Drizzle with contrasting chocolate if desired
  • Store in refrigerator until ready to serve

Notes

  • Cream cheese MUST be room temperature for smooth mixing
  • Chill formed truffles at least 30 minutes before dipping—this is essential
  • If chocolate is too thick, add 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • Frozen truffles are easier to dip but make chocolate set faster
  • Can be made up to 2 weeks ahead and refrigerated
  • Freeze up to 3 months in airtight container
  • Works with any Oreo flavor variety
  • Try Golden Oreos for vanilla truffles or Red Velvet for extra Valentine’s appeal
  • Keep hands cool when rolling—rinse in cold water if needed
